 We understand that our values reflect what is important to us, they guide our beliefs, attitudes and behaviour.  As a team we developed a set of values that we use to guide our practice.  These values are used throughout our documentation and also with the children so we can support them in their interactions and how we care for our space.

C - CONNECTION

 We are connected to each other, our families, our community and our global community.  It is this connection that keeps us positive and thoughtful in all aspects or our role.

 

A - AUTHENTICITY

 We honour authenticity and encourage everyone to be themselves while being considerate as others express their individuality.

 

R - RESPECT

 We respect each other, ourselves, our centre, our families and our community.  We are caring and show kindness and consideration for everyone in our lives.

 

E - ENVIRONMENT

 We care for and look after our environments, both indoors and outdoors.  We are on a journey to become more sustainable and to support our children in learning how to care for our planet.
